When you want something truly unique, Robert and his team of mastercraftsmen will collaborate with you to design an artistic, personalized treasure.

In order to explore design possibilities, we’ll look through our showcase pieces and through the multitude of original designs on our computer for inspiration. 

If you’re interested, we’ll take you through Robert’s significant collection of colored gemstones, diamonds, and pearls.

To crystallize your design concept, Robert will sketch an

actual size color rendering showing you exactly what to expect.

After you choose a design, we determine a price based upon

design, materials, and the work involved.

We schedule a completion date.

We know it’s often difficult to feel comfortable about the custom design process -- especially since it starts only on paper.

Robert and his team pay meticulous attention to ensure that

you are confident in our ability to create a treasure.

And if you wish, you can view the progress of your piece as it evolves.

Our turnaround time is usually about three weeks.

  You should know, though, that during the holidays our completion dates can be longer because our workshop is very busy.  An appointment is suggested.
